Learn how to tap a maple tree, and try to drill and set a tap yourself! We'll simmer sap over an open fire and watch as it thickens to maple syrup. Relax with a mug of hot cocoa and enjoy ice cream with syrup drizzled on top from our Maple Café. After a day of fun, purchase your own locally-sourced maple syrup to take home while supplies last. Cash only for Maple Café and syrup purchases.
