Herbs can do far more than simply spice up your kitchen life - they provide nectar and play host to an amazing array of pollinators! In this garden workshop, participants will be given all the tools necessary to build a culinary herb garden, for use by both home cooks and local butterflies. Plants, pots, and information on proper garden maintenance will be provided. Forest Preserve District Naturalists will highlight some of the gorgeous butterfly species that may be attracted to your hard work!
