Pursuant to the requirements of 5 ILCS 120/7.3, we have made available in our Human Resources department, 1996 S. Kirk Road, Suite 320, Geneva, Illinois, a list of all employees having a total compensation package that exceeds $75,000 per year. For the purpose of this statute, total compensation means payment by the employer to the employee for salary, health insurance, housing allowance, vehicle allowance, clothing allowance, bonuses, loans, vacation days and sick days.
